Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer:

- A full or partial refund
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing to ensure freshness and timely delivery.
